Being Human Series Finale
For those who haven’t seen the series finale last night, don’t read!! Huge spoilers!!!
Annie: I’ll miss her sohohoho muhuhuhuch!!! I love Annie. I will miss her warmth. Yes, she can get a bit anal at times and annoy me, but for some reason I always accepted it and never disliked her as a character. I didn’t cry over her leaving though. I wasn’t as affected by it as I was when Mitchell died or even when George died. I don’t know why. Maybe it was the shock. Or because it was because of something good. Mitchell and George I knew were coming, for this one I was in total denial. The fact Lenora got a bit depressed in a video interview when they talked about Annie leaving had me in a wee worry even though she didn’t say it, but it wasn’t until last week that I suddenly realised there was a large possibility Lenora really was leaving. This morning I’m actually more sad than I was last night seeing all sorts of artwork on tumblr where she sees Mitchell and George and Nina behind her door.
Cutler dying. I wanted to throw the tv out of the window when I realised he was going to die. I still hoped he might be able to mend himself, being a vampire, but then Annie saw the stake and I knew that was idle hope. I just thought his character was so interesting. So complex. Way more complex than Hal's. Such a damaged vampire. Loved it! His plot to be recognised was just awesome and kind of went out like a fart. I liked his storyline way more than the Eve one. It was so interesting, they could have filled another series with him. Disappointing they killed him off, even though I saw it coming. Gruesome though. So gruesome. I’d rather have cried over it than having to avert my eyes. I actually got sick this morning seeing the behind the scenes photos of Andrew in the make-up. Ick ick ICK!!! *shrugs* *can’t unsee* *tumblrs for pretty Andrew pictures with clean skin*
Mr Snow: Mark Gatiss really ruled as Mr Snow. Perfect. “These eyes looked upon pharaohs and the son of the carpenter. Now they look upon you who seems like a kid holding his own excrement.” Cutler Nick Cutler got owned :P :(
Tom: most adorable human being on the planet. “My Team, follow me!” “You’re my best mate.” I love him to bits.
Hal tied to a chair, cursing and being evil. Yeah, let’s start with that :p I just loved that detox bit. Yelling at Alex, and that look he gives Tom when he says he’s his best mate. Ugh, my heart. Best thing about this series: Hal. He’s so 180 degrees different from Mitchell. Toby is a genius, he really is. And Damien insanely talented. Insanely. Listened to an interview he did for his play last week and oh my, the interviewer is in love with him. She talked continously how talented he was, and what he'd do if he wouldn't be able to walk the streets like a normal person anymore and when he'd move to Hollywood, because he would absolutely become an A-level film star. I'm not even kidding. She was being completely serious, not even fangirly, just plain serious! It was a bit embarassing, he thought so too LOL
Alex: I didn’t particularly like her in her first episode. Chatting up Hal when he clearly was terrified of her and it felt like proper harassment to me when she came back and demanded a kiss from him. It wasn’t ‘cool’ writers, it was harassment. But I see now it was all just plot to get her into the show. Shame though, could have been done better. She was way more awesome as a ghost, I must say. I loved the banter with Hal. I just hope they won’t make her a love interest for Hal, because poor Hal was terrified of her and it just wouldn’t make sense to me, not even now she’s a ghost. I don’t think they will though. That kind of died with her I think :p I hope..
Eve plot: I hate baby plots and I bow down to Toby Whithouse for actually killing the baby off. I didn’t particularly like the actress though. I didn’t get emotionally attached to her at all. When she told the story of the history, I didn’t feel anything. The horror came from Annie’s face, not from the girl who actually lived it. So I kept thinking: she’s so cold, she must be evil, there must be something more. But apparently not. Kind of a shame. If I had grown to like Eve, I might have been more attached to her plotline. I loved the Cutler plot way more. And that just.. yeah *sigh*
I literally punched the air when I read immediately afterwards that a fifth series will come to our screens. More Damien! I cannot wait :D

Probably Hal. Maybe Mr Snow. Hopefully Cutler (but I know that won’t happen)
