Saturdays are going to be my major training day of the week. Today I did an hour and 25 minutes on the treadmill and it was a total 5.25 miles. 2.25 running at 5 mph.<---that's really exciting. I did 7 miles on the stationary bike in 25 minutes. I'm starting to make it a habit to train harder. This week was a total of about 12 miles and I am supposed to increase 10% each week. I don't have any doubts that I will be able to do this marathon. The 10K is no big deal at all. It's 3 weeks from today and I can do 5.25 at once and only a little under a mile to go. So don't forget to start making your contributions...EVERY dollar counts.
