Today was great. I did a 10K (mostly walking) for the Chuck Lelas Fund today. I am very sore now, but it was for a good cause. I started off running, but I wasn't wearing the right shoes and ended up getting a blister half-way through the race. I did 1:32:44 which is about 15 minutes a mile. I could have done so much better. My goal is to run it next year. I might actually go to the training session next Saturday morning, hopefully I won't have too many other plans. So until my next venture...
