Thanks! I'm really new to Merlin so it's always nervewracking to post a new piece in a new fandom. But I have fallen in love with the Show and caught up quick. I adore their bromance. I see it as a romance in my head to tell the truth. Either way it's lovely. I appreciate your taking the time to read my ficlet and leave me a note saying you liked it.

This is absolutely lovely, hon.

This is the bit that really stuck with me: Reaching forward Arthur squeezed Merlin’s shoulder once, hand lingering just long enough to remind Merlin of his strength. Merlin then did something he hardly did and indulged himself just once by reaching up and cupping Arthur’s hand where it pressed against him. “Get some rest, Arthur.”

It's so intimate, but something I can easily see happening in canon. Great work!
