I really liked this story. I especially liked how Jensen and Jared somehow connected from the day they met although their relationship took time to evolve. It was the compassion and trust between them that I found moving - without realizing and without expressing in so many words, they already trusted and cared for each other. Jared bringing Jensen home on the first night was somewhat not realistic for me but fits with Jared's character here

Wow. I'm overwhelmed by such a detailed and thoughtful comment. Thank you so much. I agree that Jared bringing home such an obviously troubled person is an usual act. In this regard I wrote Sandy as reasonable in her objection. Frankly, I agreed with her. It was a bit reckless and could have been dangerous to Jared (nobody knew then how gentle Jensen was). She was honestly frightened for Jared and this, I hope, came across. But Jared -- he was all instinctual. He trusted based on his gut. In this way, he was more heroic than most. But then again ... he was the hero of this fairy tale

WOW. I just spent all day reading this, seriously and died. It was so so sweet. Jared... oh Jared. Just wow, I don't even have words to say how wonderful it was. My heart was actually aching in parts and then you would fix it and then break it apart again. Seriously this was one of my favourite J2 stories ever and your writing was really beautiful throughout. I'm not sure if that comment was even coherent but none the less, A+ for reals!! ♥♥
