Birthday birthday

i just had the most amazing birthday party. Long gone are the days of the drunken late night fest. Now it's a late afternoon BBQ in the rain. Great friends and kids. I will be 37 on thursday. I don't actually feel old but I have noticed that the family life suits me just fine. It's been a good day. And my present is a trip to the spa! Rockin!

hey sexy! I'm glad to hear you're doing good and you're working again and keeping up with your training, but that you're keeping it balanced. Balance is good :). I got Conchita's message about you coming over for her birthday, and I will for damn sure be there to see you! And of course, you know I won't say anything about you coming over, hell, there's nobody there I talk to anyway except for Conchita and I want to be as low-key about it as you do! My family is my family, but they will always be that way and it's a good thing I live so far away from them lol. But the biggest news I guess would have to be that we found some property in northern New Mexico we're very seriously looking at buying, an actual cattle ranch with almost 5000 acres. I'm very excited about the prospect, and you're the only person I've told about it, not even my mom. John just got back from looking at it again, and talking with the 80 year old rancher that's running the property now. That's one of the things I've been busy with for the past several months, but I haven't wanted to say anything until we were pretty sure about it. We're probably going to make an offer on it in the next couple of months, and next year by this time be completely moved if all goes according to plan. I've even been taking horseback riding lessons! :D Anyways, that's what's been going on with me. I miss you so much! I can't wait to see you! You're gonna die when you see how long my hair is now :D
