It seems like it, years and years ago SNL made fun of the razor companies putting two blades on their razors and having rumors of a three blade razor..it seemed laughable and ridiculous that they'd put out a five blade razor. ( I couldn't find the skit on you tube) Now Gilette has a 5 blade razor aimed at gamers and Penny Arcade has been making fun of it.
