Title: …and everything comes tumbling down…
Pairings/Characters: HanChul, KyuSung, KangMin, SiWook, EunHae, Leeteuk, Shindong, Kibum.
Genre: extreme angst
WARNING: I’m telling you. This is extremely DEPRESSING! So, if you HATE depressing stories, I advise you to not even take a look at this.
A/N: I’ve been in a shit hole for the past six months! So forgive me for taking it out on these boys. I hope you all know that everything is entirely FALES and hope you all don’t take it too hard because we all know I’m a bad writer anyways. PLUS, I had split the plot into sections for the pairings and individuals.

1). Every thrill has gone: HanChul

At the beginning of it all, it was fun, exciting and scary all at the same time. But having to hide such a relationship from the world was tiring, especially if the world knew every little thing you did. And though the other had gone ahead and made his own decisions, it was okay because he was his own man. He has his own mind, and even when he left and never contacted anyone, Heechul was convinced that he was busy. Simply too stressed out. But it’s been almost a year. Almost a YEAR! And when he scrolls down the pages of Hangeng’s fan site he sees a photo of his Hangeng with an arm around some chick. He thought nothing of it, and simply shrugged it off. Hangeng was still his, yes, all his. But a week later he receives a text. ’I’m sorry Chullie but I’m at the peek of my career and I don’t think this thing between you and I will ever work out. Lets end it here, Geng.’

He is Kim Heechul. He does not cry. Does not budge. Does not tell a soul about his aching heart. But everyone knew, they knew all too well that Geng was never coming back to the group. That, was something they had known long before he made it clear that he was never coming back by not answering anyone’s phone calls. And they knew all too well that a silent Heechul meant a grieving Heechul. To give him space was all they could do until THE Heenim was ready to spill.

2). Chain reaction: KyuSung

It’s not that they wanted things to end. It’s just that after the whole Hangeng leaving them and breaking everyone’s heart especially Heechul’s heart, it made them this way. Yesung still loves Kyuhyun and Kyuhyun still loves Yesung more then ever. But all good things must come to an end. They cant keep hurting each other. Yesung’s got his solo acts and Kyuhyun’s got his. Time spent together was less then usual and it would be months at a time before they even saw each other again. Leeteuk urged them to keep holding on no matter how hard it was. But the world was so demanding of them that they couldn’t risk the fact that their forbidden love would somehow surface and destroy their group. A group that has already lost one member to fame and greed. They’ll still see each other, yes. But as friends and member’s of the same group, the same team. Anything beyond that, was over. And so with a long hug and one last kiss they let each other go.

3). Hard times: Kibum

Kibum hates that his acting career has sky rocket and he had no time for the family that he had come to miss. When the company told him he was no longer needed in Super Junior he couldn’t help but cry. All his hard work, all those days of training with his brothers. How, could the company had decide on something as such?! To the outside world Kim Kibum was still a member of Super Junior. But to the people on the inside every one knew he was the ex-member of Super Junior. The one people wonder why he was even in the group in the first place. “what roll did he play in the group? He wasn’t main rapper nor main vocal. Wasn’t the main dancer either. So what exactly was he? Maybe it’s good he’s no longer in the group.” that’s what he heard and that’s what hurts him the most. So, he spends most of his energy on his acting. Acting, at least that was something he was acknowledged for. He sees the members every now and then and Leeteuk makes it an effort to call and ask if he was doing well. It hurts and though it was hard for him to lie to his hyung about how great his life was turning out. He had to, because with everything that has been happening to the group, Kibum wasn’t sure he could break Leeteuk’s heart even more by telling him he’s having a hard time sleeping because Donghae wasn’t in the room talking in his sleep. Or that he didn’t have much of an appetite because it wasn’t Sungmin and Ryeowook’s cooking. But he lies anyway, because he’s an actor and acting like everything was alright was his specialty.

4). Regret: KangMin

Could it be that he had chosen the wrong time to have taken a leave from the group? Though, it was surely his fault that he had landed himself in the military anyways. He folded the letter Sungmin had sent him. Letters from the other’s always made him teary, which is why he always read them at night when everyone is sleeping and he makes a trip to the bathroom. ‘I miss yous’ and ‘be strong, Youngwoon ah’ makes him cry because it was his fault that Sungmin had to deal with all the hardship of being alone. It was his fault that he wasn’t strong enough before to not have landed him a spot six years too early in the military. And with everything negative that had been going on he wished his two years of service ended already. He wished that he was getting out the next day, because he thinks that right when he steps out of that place and back into the real world he would be able to make everything alright again for their group. For Sungmin, because he cant stand to see his bunny boy cry. His heart clenches a bit more at the thought of a crying Sungmin.

5). The spark is gone: EunHae

Singer turned actor. That’s how the industry was. It was either that or actor turned singer. Either way, that was how the demanding industry was. He knew exactly what he was in for when he signed that contract. The drama was well on it’s way, but sadly he wasn’t the lead roll and that always made him angry, his agency told him it was a roll. A chance, a great opportunity to let the world know just how good his acting was and he would soon get more offers. But how could he when he was hardly shown on the show. It didn’t help either when he would return home and take it out on Eunhyuk. Nothing physical. Just annoyed looks and not enough affection. Eunhyuk knew how hard it was for Donghae but still, it didn’t give him an excuse to treat their three years long relationship like they hadn’t gone through thick and thin together. But Eunhyuk too had started to drift off. Him and Shindong spent more time making up dance step then he and Donghae spending time together. Things just wasn’t what they were anymore. Donghae used to stare at Eunhyuk with love and affection and the other would smile like the world was made of rainbows and butterflies. But they weren’t twenty anymore. To end things was the only way to go. That electric love they felt for each other was no longer there. No longer something they couldn’t breathe without. So, why hold on to something that they no longer see fit to fight for?

6). Distance: SiWook

Siwon knew it was hard to make time for Ryeowook. What, with his drama launch and all. Its not that he doesn’t want to be with the other. He does, he wants to be with the other more than anything. Ryeowook, had told him about Eunhyuk and Donghae’s break up and he’s starting to doubt Ryeowook. Would they end up like Eunhyuk and Donghae? He didn’t want that. He honestly didn’t want to spend another minute away from his Ryeowook. But lately Ryeowook seemed a bit…..distant. “are you okay?” he would ask the younger, and all Ryeowook does is smile a little and nods. “are…..are ‘we’ okay?” and that catches Ryeowook’s attention. Siwon kneels down on the carpet and faces Ryeowook. “what’s happening to us?” and that’s when Ryeowook sighs, shrugs his shoulders and pulls Siwon’s hands away from him. “I just….need some time alone, Wonnie.” the younger says and he walks out of their room into Sungmin’s room.

7). Cast aside : Shindong

To know one’s place in the group one would have to define one’s self first. Shindong defined himself as not so good at singing, okay on the rapping, yet one of the best at dancing. So, where does that leave him? Alone in his room. Alone because everyone’s got their own problems to deal with. It’s not that he’d wish everyone would pamper him and shower him with goodies. But being cast aside by everyone else was making him a tab bit depressed. He feels like their family was falling apart. As if smiling and laughing was now a chore where everyone had to at least complain about something, then ‘fake’ a smile or laugh and be on their way. He hates that everyone is breaking up, breaking each other’s heart. But what could he do? Everyone else had seem to forgotten about him. There was nothing he could do anyway.

8). Disappointed: Leeteuk

When everything began, everyone was happy. Smiling like they had just been handed the world on a silver platter. He was most excited for them all. And he val that he’d be the glue to their family. The one who kept them all together and in order. But now look at them. Hangeng had taken off and hadn’t contact anyone at all. Heechul is in denial and is taking it out on his schedule. Yesung and Kyuhyun forced their hearts apart. Eunhyuk doesn’t look at Donghae with sparks in his eyes and Donghae hardly ever looks at Eunhyuk anymore. Kibum was lying and Leeteuk knew, even when he told the leader he was having the time of his life. Sungmin is always hunched over his desk writing to Kangin, crying, and Leeteuk doesn’t even know how Kangin’s even holding up. Shindong has locked himself up in his room every chance he got and Ryeowook looked like he’d totally fell out of love with Siwon, poor guy, who is still so madly in love and trying to hold on to their relationship. And Leeteuk, Park Jungsu, was extremely and utterly disappointed in himself. How, just how did he let these boys down? He was the glue! If only he had seen those little cracks before he could have filled it up with some Teukie glue before everything got out of hand and they would all still be together! ‘so disappointed in you!’ his conscious shouts at him. ’So, VERY disappointed!’
