Updates are necessary!
Okay so here is my life as it stands right now:
Summer:
This summer I was a Student Advisor for the College of Communication here a Boston University. It was awesome! I met a ton of people who are like my new family. I know straight boys now which is exciting. I know 8 of them...but now I know 16 new gays! Which is just as exciting. We are like when one big happy family. I think I may be the mamma in this family. I cooked for every one!
New apartment:
Rachel and I have apartment style this year! It is baller! I love having a kitchen and it allows me to eat healthier.
Classes:
I am taking Screenwriting II which I am stoked about. And the Cinemateque class which is up and coming filmmakers screening their films and then we discuss them with the filmmaker. It should be super exciting. Then I have Natural Disasters with HILLARY! YAY! And Psychology and Criminal Justice which is beaucoup interesting. I have that with Connie.
Preserving the Sexy:
I have a FitRec class three times a week. It is called Step and Tone and it is murder! But I am sticking with it because I NEED to be hot. Derak just keeps getting hotter and hotter. I don't want our mismatch couple to go the other way. I always said that I would find someone who loved me for who I was. And now that I have, I am ready to change if I have to. I really feel SO much better now that I am eating healthier and I love that I am losing weight.
Derak and I:
He is really good. He is stationed at Fort Gordon in Georgia. He is at Advanced training and we talk pretty often now. We are going through a little rough patch mainly because I can't stand not having him around. I am the type of girl who loves to go places and do things. It's really difficult but we will get through it. We always do.
Work:
I still work mornings at Starbucks but my new job is as a hostess at Cheers! I love it so much. Everyone there is super nice and I am usually out sooner than I would be if I work nights at SlaveBucks!
