This is a late Halloween post, so that I can finally share my pumpkin for this year.
I always exhaust myself every Halloween by carving an overly complicated jack o' lantern, and for the past few years I've been making my own patterns. This year, though, I found one online that was too nice to pass up, so I used that.
I did this the night before Halloween, and it effectively derailed my plan of trying not to think about the Doctor, but actually, I think this may just be my favorite of all the pumpkins I've carved so far.

Last year's pumpkin: Joe Strummer.
Pumpkin from four years ago: Edward Scissorhands.
I was also extremely pleased with my Sweeney Todd costume, so, all in all, it was quite the successful Halloween. I think I even got a few "wow"s from people as I walked by.... The epic win of being able to carry around a straight razor and look like a homicidal barber/Johnny Depp was enough for me to basically ignore my sprained ankle, which still isn't quite healed.
I hope everyone else had an absolutely brilliant night! ♥
