Your 30s are way better than your 20s. After 30, it was like a switch flipped. I just stopped worrying so much about what other people and strangers thought. It doesn't mean I never notice, but I just care a whole lot less most of the time.

I agree with this. Generally speaking, 30s are way better than 20s. You really start coming into your own persona and seeing what it can do :)

Eh, maybe stability is over-rated. I had it in my 30s and I've lost it in my 40s. Still okay, overall.

Yeah, my 30s were definitely better than my 20s, exponentially so. And my situation at my 40th birthday was far better than at my 30th.
