There was less cleaning to do than I thought, which was good, but we got less than I'd hoped done, which was bad. It's hard to clean with an overtired cranky teething baby. And then ten AM came.... and went... and no one showed up. So, after all's said and done, we didn't make ourselves crazy, we got some cleaning done, and I don't have to entertain. Other than my dissapointed kids, it's all good. I even took the time to wash the plastic toys from David's toy box so they'd be mouthable again! Long overdue, even without company :) I call it a win-win situation.
Now Gary wants to invite people over this weekend to force us to finish the job.
