So, I finally saw Enchanted. I actually said I wouldn't watch it, because I usually hat that kind of movies and Patrick Dempsey, but well... That will teach me not to speak before I watch. *g*

Amy Adams was wonderful. Her journey from the almost princess to this ass-kicking heroine was great. And in the end she stayed true to herself and made dresses. How cute is that.
But did there have to be so many rats. I still shudder.

Wormtail, I see you in so many movies these days. Ok, I actually only saw you in this movie and in Sweeney Todd, but well. I think it's great that he changed from the villain, or the henchman, to a bestseller author in the real world. I really loved all the happy endings.

Anyway, great movie and I will surely watch again.
I just can't understand why they had to nominate three songs from the movie for an Oscar. There are certainly more movies out there with worthy songs. One, the Central Park song, would have been enough. Then it would have had a chance

We saw Sweeney Todd on Tuesday. And I have to say after all that hype, I was disappointed. Sure, Johnny Depp was great and Helena Bonham Carter rocked and Alan Rickman was brilliant as ever (and god, did they make him young in that flash back), but it didn't get the feel. it was way too depressing. I expected more humor, dark humor, but humor. For example, when Sweeney killed all these men and singing about his Joanna, that was just plain boring. Just like the repetitions.
My highlight was the fantasy about the life at the seaside. It was so colorful.
I don't know, I wanted more and other Tim Burton movies are better

Owen breaks my heart more and more every episode. When he cleaned out his fridge and just stopped listening to Tosh and ran to the pier. I really hope they fix him. One day. For now it's interesting.

Ianto, the king of coffee! I really liked their talk and I actually started to read some Ianto/Owen stories.

Ok, we all saw that almost Jack/Gwen kiss. Now there are rumors that he's a shapeshifter (there actually a picture), but that doesn't make the whole thing right. Because she sure looks willing to kiss him AT HER WEDDING DAY! I guess I have to wait and see till next week, but if that's true than my expectations couldn't sink any lower.I want to like her, I really do. But when stuff like that happens it's not easy.

Carson! I couldn't say that I missed you, but it was good to see you again. I teared up in the end, but I'm sure you'll be back.

Rodney, could you get any hotter. That scene in the locker room when he's getting ready, goes out and grabs the radio, pressed all my buttons. My little soldier!

Teyla! I really hope that the baby will be okay. Let the baby be okay.

Halling! I almost didn't recognise you. You are bald. And you look better this way. Even of you look kinda sick. But I guess being held prisoner does that to you. I'll just pretend that Jinto was somewhere in the background. Or off at boarding school while the Athosians were taken. Yes, he's back at Earth with the O'Neill clone and they are partying.

Rodney/Jennifer are sitting on a tree, kissing... (or however that goes). I would have never expected that. I haven't read any spoiler about that. The Mcshepper in me screams NO! (Ok, actually yes, because pining John is fun), but I hope that is on of this future flash things that are rumored and then that only happens when John is lost in the future. We'll see. And Rodney finally gets some action that is not an hallucination or done by another person in his body.
But I'm sure my poor little heart will be broken next week.

Why did no one tell me about "Without a Trace" Slash? Danny and Martin are great. All those issues and flirting and touches and angst...
And they look great!
