2010 icon of the year voting - part 1
Did you guys know we've only had 18 challenges this year? Kind of crazy, right? Two of them were Header challenges, and we haven't had a single unbroken first place tie.
That said, I pulled all of your first place icons for an Icon of the Year poll and thought "You know, 16 icons doesn't even speak to the wonderful work they've done this year." So we're going to add some.
There are several people who are always here, always voting even if they do not enter the challenge - which means that you, collectively, have chosen the first place icons that will be in this final poll, but also the second place icons from those same challenges.
In lieu of nominations, I have decided to include just first place icons for your voting. However, because of this limited number, I've also decided to add a few more, all from your second place choices, which were more often than not very close to the first place icons in voting results. Below the cut are all of the second place icons from our challenges. Vote for your favorite three. The way voting goes will determine how many of these move in with the icons which are already automatically in the running. It might be 4 (20's a nice round number)... it could be a few more. It just depends on the response! So jump on in here and vote for your favorites. In a few days (depending on how busy things get around here), I will finalize the Icon of the Year poll and we will find out which icon is your favorite.
