Crown Prince Friedrich Wilhelm showing off his 1st daughter, Princess Alexandrine, who had Down's Syndrome. FW just exudes paternal pride and love in this photo. It's a testament to his and Cecilie's good side that they loved and refused to hide Alexandrine, a reaction quite unlike that of many parents of special needs children of that time.
