I have a hard time sleeping and my doctor gave me Lunesta. It is really good. But you have to have 8 hours devoted to sleep and that can be a problem if you go to bed late and have to be up early with little ones. So, last time I went to the doc, she gave me Sonata 10 mg. It is only supposed to last 4 hours instead of 8, so if I can't go to sleep after midnight, it is okay for me to take it if I wake up at 7. Tell him to let you try it. I love it!
