Red boxes are traditionally utilized to house baubles intended for Chinese neighbors on their wedding day, or sometimes for the burial of one's live-in mistress. In the case of a Chinese mistress, they fold themselves neatly into the box each night- they find it the proper way to sleep. Quite economical and charming too!

I'm afraid I sense some misplaced hostility. Problems at home, perhaps? Chinese mistress left you behind? It's time to bury such foul feelings in a bright red box and bury them deep down inside, to the point where they won't haunt you until the moment of your death, in which the only words that pass your lips are "Oh Dearest Xiao-ni".

I'm glad we could have this talk. Anytime you need support, you know where to find it!
