Lookie Lookie Who Played Hookie!
Ok, you caught me. Since Junior and I got too busy with work in June to make the outing we promised ourselves (Dallas World Aquarium), we instead opted for playing at The Science Place today. Mind you, Mr. Morose was so worried about losing his job for calling in sick (which he never does, even when he is) that he was edgy for awhile. Then he started to have fun and forget to be angsty. ;-) What a tortured soul he can be sometimes! (Too bad I have such a soft spot for those sorts of boiz!)
Mousie called my birth mom. Looks like we're on for shooting. After talking to her, Mousie said she's "Fuckin' fearless." I am nervous and excited. It's either August 24th or Labor Day weekend, depending on if we get OK'd to shoot Big Apple AnimeFest in NYC that weekend. Good thing about Mousie - she's a red headed Taurus that will not be ignored. Very handy in such situations.
Finished the last draft of the last Irving piece. Second grade rought cut is done. Finished shooting Seventh grade this week - rought cut should be done this weekend. Once we get approval on this Fourth grade piece, we can shoot and wrap this bad boy series once and for all. And we'll have money left over for NYC. Woohoo! Glad that albatross is gone.............
