Weekend and Quizzies!
To quote Bill Murray in "Ghostbusters," I feel so... funky. Sleep schedule's been all wonky so I don't know when I am. Took a nap yesterday after Junior helped me continue the Great Storage Excavation. Spent two hours and tackled another 1/3 of the project. Go us! (Nearly took a, well, unplanned "break" but I was afraid they had security cameras. *ahem*)
Had a fabulous time at the Amazon Sleep Over. Thanks to catmom for the crash space, munchies and mmm mmm good breakfast! It was wonderful to hang with the Wild Amazon women. Lots of food, plenty of 7&7, sexy men on the TV screen, much silliness... life is good. Sleep, schmeep. Got raided by another Amazon brigade (KeithAnne, Stephanie and Jamie) - although if it was a panty raid, they failed miserably but at least nyxia's buttery, chocolatey cookies were a fitting consolation prize! Will *definitely* have to continue the tradition quarterly. And maybe we'll take it on the road to visit our beloved cluegirl and her stag. Oooh, Amazon Infestation - whee!
Got the corrections for the 7th grade Irving script. Was hoping today's nap would inspire me to get the rewrite done. Look at me go. NOT! Ah well, I've got until the 23rd. Must watch X-Files, after all. It's all about priorities, right?
Good weekend, all in all. Much needed after my dour mood all week. Id wants more but I think she's placated enough to cope. For now, anyway!
