Ok, you all know of the Silmarillion, right?
It's supposed the be the major historical texts behind the Lord of the Ring series.
I now am reading the historical and legendary texts behind the silmarillion.
It's a 5 book series.
The Book of Lost Tales 1
The Book of Lost Tales 2
The Lays of Beleriand
The Shaping of Middle-earth
The Lost Road and Other Writings
