A five-year old boy in the German town Bocholt has just handed in his full application for the police service, complete with CV (single entry: attending kindergarten), photo, and letter of application ("I already have a uniform, and I have practised handcuffing people."). He even has experience: his mother says he arrests everyone, even their dog. His hobbies: playing with police cars. And he does taekwondo.
