Okay, so I could use some help

On the Crowning Moment of Funny page for Hot Fuzz on TvTropes it mentions that there's this thing on the DVD about explaining away plot holes or something that's supposed to be hilarious but I've searched every copy we own and I can't find it at all, so I was wondering if anyone knew how to get to them?
