I just ran downstairs and weighed myself. Down another pound which... despite the obvious muscle I've built, means I'm down at least 6lbs of fat, probably more if you consider I've put on a couple pounds of muscle. That maybe doesn't sound like a lot in 4 weeks, but consider that I've skipped a bunch of days, I've been eating and drinking as I like (i.e. I'm not counting calories and still drinking red wine and beer).
Also, my flexibility is the best it's been in my entire life. I've never been able to touch the ground without bending my legs, or at least without doing an hour of Yoga first. Now. I can touch the floor without warming up, and can *nearly* put my palms flat on the ground after an hour of Yoga.
Honestly, if I'd have known that getting fit was this easy, I seriously would have done it ages ago. It just so happens that every other popular diet and workout regime I tried really sucked in comparison. Once I reach my target weight, I'll definitely submit my story to the P90X people. I always thought those acclamations were fake since I never got the results any of them claimed to get, but I guess it is true that you just have to find the right one that works for you.
