I know this isn't as clever as I think it is
but it's still kinda fun.

They ordered another round and after they’d done the shots the conversation continued, Terri started it off. “I mean really it’s not like you can be like, ‘hey son, I was a groupie. I quit high school and left for life on the open road, and slept with almost every available member of the band, including the unavailables.”
I adore my characters. I actually am hoping I can make it through this [camp] nanowrimo successfully because I think these characters can be really interesting and fun, but I need to start in a way that has NO expectations whatsoever, so five drafts from now, maybe their stories can be as good as they should be.
