Sword training.

I feel really dumb asking this, especially here, but...

Is anyone good with swords who'd be willing to teach me, or could someone point me in the right direction of anyone? I've got a sword, but no idea how to use it, and what with the announcement (you all know what I'm talking about) I figured now's a good a time as any to learn. In other words I'm kind of freaked and would at least feel better if I knew some self-defense. Please?
