>>

Steps: 11-12 (optional step)
Difficulty: Pretty easy
Translatable: No, sowwie~

1. Duplicate your base and set it to screen. This step will depend on how
dark or light your bsae already is, but I lowered mine to 38%

2. Duplicate your base, drag it to the top, and desaturate (Shift+Ctrl+U) it. Then set it to softlight.

3. Create a new levels layer and input these settings:
Red: Input levels; 72, 2.18, 74
Output levels; 175, 218

Yuck, looks a bit disgusting :P
But set that layer to softlight XD

4. New Fill layer: 1B1B1B set to Luminosity at 22%.

5. Duplicate that fill layer but this time, set it to exclusion at 42% .
This will help balance some of the bright areas a bit more.

6. New Color Balance layer:
Midtones: +9, 0, -12

7. New Selective Colouring layer:
Reds: -41, 0, +36, +25
Yellows: 0, -25, -47, -14
Greens: -30, 0, +100, 0
Cyans: +100, -100, -100, 0
Blues: +100, -31, -100, +100
Whites: +9, -7, +13, -31
Neutrals: +4, -2, -16, +7

8. New Selective Colouring layer:

Reds: 0, 0, -24, 0
Yellows: -100, 0, -22, 0
Cyans: +100, -97, -100, 0
Blues: +100, -19, -98, +38
Neutrals: 0, 0, +8, 0

9. New Hue/Saturation layer:
Master: +16
Blues: +16

10. New Fill layer: 07022C set to exclusion

11. Duplicate your desaturated base from step 2 and drag it all the way to the top .
Set it to softlight .

12. This step is totally optional .
Add this texture
by sixtysixheavens  and set it to lighten .
