At first when Norway woke up he wasn't entirely sure where he was or how he had gotten there. All he knew was that as soon as he managed to open his eyes the bright light seemed like torture and after troubled squinting he opted to just close them again. His head was pounding and he really didn't want to move for the moment. What had happened? The last thing he remembered was decking Denmark and arguing with him about Iceland. Stupid Dane... His back hurt too, and his side. Maybe some light bruising or something...what was that from? Oh right the pool table, or more specifically Denmark slamming him against it. Not that it really bothered him, he had thrown the first punch and he'd fully expected, even hoped, that the older male would fight back. But then... how had he gotten out of that room?
Finally curiosity got the better of him and Norway forced himself to open his eyes. His vision was bleary at first and he warily sat up despite the pulsating pain knocking at the sides of his cranium. There was something fuzzy next to him. He glanced down to see Iceland's puffin plushie tucked in the bed next to him. So he was there too... When he looked to the side of the bed he was sitting in his suspicions were confirmed, fuzzy vision beginning to clear. Iceland was indeed at the side of his bed, along with Denmark unsurprisingly. He mockingly wondered why the eldest of them was still there when earlier he had so haughtily stated that he didn't want to see Norway. Probably a mixture of guilt, regret, and just general concern. The room began to look familiar then as well and soon the Norwegian was able to identify it as the infirmary where Iceland had once been when he'd reacted badly to the medication. If he was in that room then he must have passed out...
The realization made Norway quickly glance away from the two beside his bed, embarrassment creeping in as he realized they'd witnessed him in such a weak state. With Iceland it wasn't so bad, though he did like to appear strong before the other, but with Denmark it was even worse. On more than one occasion he'd called Denmark pathetic and weak, so what did this make him? Granted the mixture of alcohol, stress, and exhaustion left it unsurprising that he would pass out, but still.
"How long have I been asleep...?" He finally spoke up, not looking at either nation but letting his fingertips lightly brush against the stuffed puffin that had been placed beside him on the bed.
