There is a frightening man that has been harassing me. He's said inappropriate things about Sister and he seems a bit unbalanced....

feeling confused, korea is scary, inappropriate behavior

Where does God factor into this? If there is a 'God' you can't say he's an attentive one.

This isn't even Earth and people come back to life here. The action of killing in this place couldn't be called a direct violation.

Then you only have yourself to blame. But Kanon wouldn't worry about it too much.

In your position you should just yell really loud, "STOP MOLESTING ME! I'M CALLING THE POLICE PERVERT!" and hang up. Then he might be too scared to talk to you again.
