the fact that obama's speech today is considered "controversial" because it's directed at school children thoroughly pisses me off. we ran a news package about it this morning with a bunch of reactions from moms, some of which included a couple zingers along the lines of:
"i'm worried that it may be, um, socialistic."
"i don't agree with a lot of his ideals, i don't want him preaching them to my kids."
"i will make my child stay home if they're going to show the speech at school."
