OK, forget the TV meme. There's nothing on TV anyway.
This is how my summer is going so far.
I still have not checked out of my reading classroom. I have gone there to do it approximately 10 days this summer, but I don't like being in my classroom. The only thing that makes it tolerable is watching CSI reruns. When the rerun is over, and I don't want to spend another hour in my former classroom, I go home. I am 99% pau cleaning my classroom.
Meanwhile, I have been busy reading up on ancient history and hominids, planning my classes, and building a class website. I am discovering that when I teach the subject that's written on my heart, I become obsessive, sure, but I think it will be much easier for my students to understand what I am trying to do.
