It is unlikely, based on your comments, that my [property] has anything particularly spectacular about it that would convince you to move for the same cost and the same distance to drive to work. While I would show it on the weekend, given the number of people who have flaked-out on me and didn't follow-through, I simply don't want to waste your time or mine.

Part of me wants to write back, "It is unlikely, based on your comments, that I would trade my current landlord for you, even if the property were fabulous. Perhaps you would get better results if you lowered the rent from $900 a month." The rest of me has grown up enough to know that life is too short to seek interaction with negative people.
