So today, I've started teaching myself Objective-C. Python was a bit annoying, but I figure this one is more likely to be profitable.

iTunesU was a bit time consuming and annoying, my e-book for python was just a pain to read after a while, so I've traveled to Barnes and Noble and picked up a book on it. Meh, I'm not a big fan of how arrogant and pompous some B&N stores seem to be. Or maybe I should just blame the fact that I was in Burbank.

Anywho, I've skimmed the book today and want to get started on a more detailed read-through soon. Sounds fun to me (oddly enough).

Well, first I'm going to just fiddle around with what I can do to the iOS, fill my curiosity. Then I'm going to plan out a couple of games. Then after that, make an app designed to run flv videos and content on the iOS. I don't think the iOS can't handle flash, as much as that Safari (the main browser) can't.

One of the games I think would be fun to experiment in is something I call Tactician. It's basicaalu based around mostly simultaneous move game theory. Which I consider to be my favorite economic concept so far. Two players make a choice and the two choices together determine how the two players will travel. Starts with the prisoner's dilemma and simple things.

I read about the process that foes into making fighting game characters and fair/even as possible, and I thought it was pretty fascinating. So I'd like to include multiple characters with assorted attributes, but keep it fair. Maybe even design an AI if I have the ability. I figured that I could make multiple levels of difficulty in AI by having the app chart out the game (for game theory), then hacing the easiest level always choose the left branch or something, and having the hardest difficulty optimize the best possible choice.

The objective would be a journey to some awesome thing or something.. I haven't thought this true entirely yet, but that's excusable and all because I came up with this in a rather odd but rare non-nightmare dream I had not too long ago.

Also, steampunk look. I like the steampunk look.

On another note, I've continued work on a couple of animation projects I started in my first year of college. Mostly tons of rewriting first. But one would be safe to assume that revisiting an older work for continuation fenerally results in tons of rewriting regardless.

Well, after objective C, I'll be brushing up on some C++

zot!
