What the dog has been up to
Working, really.
Just finishing up a week long stretch of coffee-serving and I can feel my knee just crying in pain. I don't think my body was made to stand on my feet for such a period of time without at least a day's rest. At least I had the willpower to stop from calling in.
Wednesday is my first day off, and from then until Tuesday I'm free to do as I please; just in time for AC (of which I can no longer attend, sadly).
Planning on spending most of my time over at zapher and misfile 's apartment; maybe get some writing done.
I think I know why my creativity slumped (and no Feldon, you didn't steal it back from me...well, maybe a little). I started to play World of Warcraft again a month or two ago and it's my belief that my want to write suffered hard because I feel back into my old MMORPG nerd state-of-mind once more. As such, I willed myself to cancel my account, and it ends in July sometime...so here's hoping I'll start some actual stories again soon.
Having said that, I have puttered around with 'Connection' some more. It's sitting around 12 pages and it's getting time to wrap it up shortly. Then the editting, and perhaps showing it around to a few other writer-furs for some critiquing, as I have other plans for this piece than simply posting it on FA and Yiffstar.
