1) Crop your image. Go to layer> new adjustment layer> selective color and put in these settings:
Red
C : -100
M : 0
Y : +100
B : 0
Yellow
C: 0
M: 0
Y: +100
B: 0
Neutrals
C : +25
M : -12
Y : -21
B : -15



2) Go to Layer> new adjustment layer> Curves and put in these settings:
RGB
point one = 109,142
Point two = 70, 72



3)Duplicate the selective color layer (step 1) and drag it to the top



4)Go to layer > New fill layer> solid colour and fill with # 9B8E71. Set this on overlay 100%



5)Go to layer > New fill layer> solid colour and fill with # 347F98. Set this on softlight 100%



6)Go to Layer> new adjustment layer> Curves and put in these settings: (you can leave this at 100% but if its too bright reduce the opacity)
RGB
point one = 125,151
Point two = 48, 55



7)Go to Layer> new adjustment layer> Hue/saturation and increase the saturation to +17
Zoom onto her face (ctrl+0) and blur her skin to make it look smooth. Using the dodge tool apply it once on each eye. And using the burn tool go around the area's you want to bring attention to.I used it on her eye-lashes, lips and eyebrows.Zoom out (ctrl+-)and sharpen (mine was 70%).You can either leave it as it is or add brushes etc.
