I'm now going to set about seeing how well Kendal Mint Cheesecake freezes. More importantly, I guess, is the question to be answered in the future - how well does it survive subsequently being defrosted ?
On a side note, the kitchen is currently buried under an avalanche of stuff to be washed up. Still, the food was worth it.
