Jasper in Manchester
I need to book my ticket for the train to get to Manchester to see Jasper fforde on Thursday next. I don't really know how long it will take for a slowish walker to get from the station (I'm assuming Piccadilly) to the bookshop. Kick-off is 7.00, so anyone got any idea what time I should be aiming to arrive in Manchester for ?
Any plans to meet beforehand ?
Now, should I buy the book in advance, or wait till next week. ? I was kind of looking for a reason to go into the city (and I've even remembered why).
