My flatmate Immy is moving back to England on 7th July, so we're looking for a new flatmate, to move in on the 5-6 of July.
Actual double room, of decent-to-large size. Wrong side of house for sun, but windows on two sides.
Really really close to town and uni. Ie literally across the road from uni, and only a short walk up the hill from town, or across the road from a Cable Car stop if you're really lazy. Here.
6 flatmates (5 rooms, 2 bathrooms). Large lounge area etc.
I should talk to head flatmate, but I think it's $150 or so. Er, I can't even remember whether that does or doesn't include expenses. Sorry. Assume not until further notice.
Head flatmate seemed relatively unconcerned about finding a tenant, given the relative size, location, and cheapness.
Broadband internet. Of course.
