No Milk Please...

Anyone have a lead for a lactose-free resturant? Or at least a place that won't do the dreaded eye-roll and sigh when an order for 'no butter, milk, margerine, etc' comes in?

I'm having visitors over Christmas break and one of them is rather picky about not having lactose/milk based products. Even so, I feel that I'm going to be cooking a lot while they are here.
