San Diego colorist suggestions
Good morning San Diego!
I looked through the search function and only found relevant threads from Dec 2007 and Dec 2002 with no real helpful information, so I'm going to ask for a new referral. Long story short, I'm tired of dying my hair dark shades, and I don't want to try and lift the color myself. I want to go with a funky color one last time before I grow too old for this (call it a mid life crisis or whatever) and I would like to find a colorist that is competent and isn't afraid of working with processed hair. In order for the color I want to show, I'm going to have to go blonde first and right now my hair is two shades: faded black on the ends, and about 2" of natural brown roots. I know the expense is going to be roughly $80-$100 or more, and I'm prepared for it.
I'd rather go with somebody who has good experience with a colorist than look for one in the phone book. Please help :)
