County Jobs
I just graduated with a degree in general Sociology (It's useless without a MA, I know). I'm looking for work and Craig's List isn't cutting it so far. I'm in the process of applying for work through the County. I'd like opinions on County jobs and the application process, and experiences you've had or heard of. I was told that while they do receive large volumes of applications, I should not be deterred and keep applying. They said I could very realistically have a job within six months. Anybody been down this path and have anything to add? Thanks.
