Are you in Single Grad Apartments? If so, it's probably a mistake, unless they changed policies. I received mail year-round while I was there.

Short answer: they can do this. Go to your post office and take out PO boxes.

Yeah I was going to say the same thing. I believe the grad housing rental agreement states now that the office has no power/authority or duty to provide your mail. In the other grad housing, it's run solely by the US Postal Service but in SGA it's not.
