traffic question

i am in encinitas, and need to be in vista by 8am tomorrow morning. anyone know what the traffic's like? tips and tricks/shortcuts?

parking at the courthouse in the morning is kind of a bi-atch. You might have to park in their overflow lot or far in the back so wear comfy shoes!
