so sunday was a great day!
so yesterday was the big day. greg's parents finally came down from MD to see the new place. his dad was speechless and his mom just couldn't stop talking about how great it was that greg finally had a "home". all of our 7 hours spent furnishing at IKEA (woodbridge) has paid off in full.
i always worry about greg's dad - well not so much worry, but fret that he's going to get on greg's case, but he had nothing bad to say yesterday. he had to keep telling mom that he wasn't going to be getting a plasma anytime soon and in order for her to watch one, she'd have to come to our place. hehe. we had a selection of veggies, pita chips, baked corn chips and some dip and turkey burgers to eat. we tried to stay as healthy as possible for his dad since he's still somewhat sick.
we watched the beginning of the superbowl, but they had to leave around then so we turned that crap off. i hate football. i figured i would root for the dude with all the hair, cuz you gotta respect a dude with all that hair playing with all those assholes. we tried to go to tsunami last night, but there was an incident on the toll road that kept us from all of our sushi glory. alas, we ended up going to zaaza - a new little bistro/bar/coffee joint right next to the sterling regal. it was very good. i had a crepe and greg had their ham and swiss sandwich. they serve pasta salad rather than chips or fries, which was totally awesome.
mk, i guess that's really all i have to say besides, forresters are teh dumb (neener!) and crx's are teh awesome (except when they're blue and white and painted all over) hehe.
