1. Ohmigod, this fic. It was my very first longfic and I did not expect it to run that long! It was like the Energizer fic. It just kept going and going and going...
2. I really dislike soulbonding as a trope, because it so often eliminates any chance for the couple to choose to be with each other, which I find super sexy. This fic is basically Samy's Treatise On All The Things That Are Skeevy About Soulbonding.
3. This is one of my favorite exchanges from the fic:
Stiles swiveled his glower over to her, but didn't dim it one degree. He inclined his head toward Lydia. "You realize Scott thinks you're doing that to try to keep him away, right?"
Allison followed his gesture and realized he meant the wolfsbane posy, still tucked carefully into Lydia's hair. "That's ridiculous. If I was trying to keep Scott away, I'd have put it in my hair."
Stiles heaved an aggravated sigh. "You realize Scott doesn't think things through that far, right?"
Poor Scott. He always amuses me the most when he's being a ridiculous puppy.
