4/9/2005, Saturday night:

So, we're sitting around the house on a Saturday night at about midnight trying to transfer songs that took hours to record to the computer onto the mp3 player. I actually got the same guy a few times in a row and just hung up, even though I had waited for 10 minutes. I mean, I'm not biased or anything, but geez, I don't know how anyone could have understood this guy.

I've seen a rather nice internet parody about cases like this... and everyone who's ever called Dell's support team seems to relay the exact same story... XD
