Seeking rommate...dudes only
Thanks to a friend I got the idea to put this out on LJ...just for the heck of it.
On August 6th my roommate is getting married, this means I'm in need of someone to take over his half of the bills. If you know anyone in the Grand Rapids, MI area who is looking for a place to live, please have them e-mail me at samuriikaiju@hotmail.com. The rent and all is as follows:
Rent $300 Approx.(this includes electric, basic phone, & dsl internet)
Bedroom: Master 9' 9" x 12' 9"
Furnishings: Supply your own bedroom furnishings...everything else is taken care of
Gender: Dudes only, no chicks allowed
You must be employed and you must go through a short screening process before acceptence (of course)
You don't have to sign a lease, but you will need to sign an agreement of payment.
