Farewell
Pwca, 17, died Wednesday at his home in Cleveland Heights, a family spokesman reported. His health had been in decline as he battled feline cancer a second time, after a successful surgery in April of 2008. Well known as a bon vivant, gourmand, enfant terrible' and political figure ("The Dreadful Kitten" and "The Emperor Pook" numbering among his titles), Pwca lead a long and interesting life punctuated by occasional bouts of travel. ("The Escaper" was another of his nom de guerre). He is survived by his roommates Bessie and Phoebe, and by his human, Sam.
