Samsung Electronics announces the opening of a new flagship store format LARGE, focused on the sale and maintenance of mobile equipment. The new shopping facility is located in Europe’s largest shopping and entertainment complex AVIAPARK (Moscow).
The new Samsung brand store with an area of 520 square meters for the first time in Russia provides visitors with a complete assortment of mobile devices and accessories.
The main feature of the LARGE concept for Samsung branded stores is a change in the zoning of the space with a separation according to the functional purpose. In the new Samsung store, 40% of the area is allocated to sales, 40% to the demo zone for testing devices (the so-called experience zone) and 20% to premium after-sales service. The interior of the comfortable space is organized and decorated in accordance with modern design trends. In the large lounge area of the store on a regular basis, it is planned to organize workshops, presentations and other thematic events.
Sales consultants of such stores are trained according to a system developed by Samsung Electronics headquarters in South Korea to comply with a single international corporate standard for premium services.
Integrated into the new retail space, the Samsung Service Plaza - a service center in a special format - offers a wide range of customer support programs, where they can contact for repair of mobile devices. A high standard of service quality provides for technical assistance within an hour in the presence of the client.
Currently, Samsung branded stores operate in 81 cities of Russia.
