I am so happy in my roleplay place you guys, I need to babble about it.
SERA
IC: HOLY CRAP, CHARACTER BREAKTHROUGH FOR SERA
I DON'T EVEN
So basically she and Heat finally sat down and had the talk they've needed to have for two years. About how they both suck at life and love Serph a lot. And now their relationship has LEVELED UP and I'm reduced to incoherently flailing at Heat on gchat a lot about how happy I am with it, like a complete tool. Feeling so in sync with Heat for once is really helping her to... move past Serph having dropped, especially since her relationship with Heat has so much of Serph in it on both sides. She actually has the potential to heal rather than just coping now, which is something I was unsure would ever happen. And Allen is moving in again! So much unexpected happy in her life suddenly!
OOC: SO NOW I REMEMBER WHAT PLAYING SERA FOR REAL IS LIKE. It's full of talking about feelings and topping the living daylights out of people and being topped and having long philosophical discussions about life and the universe while eating muffins. I am back in my Sera groove after months and months of blah and it is a blast.
PLANS: WELL. I DID SOMETHING ABOUT THAT UST WITH HEAT. Explore that more, check up on Cielo, maybe have a closetventures post with Kazuki (something I don't have to run...), GO MAKE NEW FRIENDS, top Mithos more, meet Flynn, maybe try to become Link's cake apprentice now that he'll be a neighbor?

IC: Still hates everything, but is slightly smug over the other dragons' captains leaving :> we should play that out sometime. Her time is spent being ELEGANT and SCHOLARLY and LANDING IN FRONT OF THE LIBRARY AND DEMANDING BOOKS ON LANDSCAPING THESE UNREFINED WESTERN PLANTS and refusing to let people love her, so she's pretty much just being Lien.
OOC: I haven't been getting her out as much as the others because her voice is harder for me, but this is... pretty par for the course with me and Lien. It does not change the unwavering flame of my love for her.
PLANS: I need to reread Tongues Of Serpents and decide what was going on with the France attacking Spain and the China/France politics to see if I can figure out what she was going for there, and how much of a hand she had in it. I also need to do those posts I keep wanting to do. SOB, TEITO, I LOVE YOU STILL. WE'LL BOTH BE ONLINE AND READY TO POST SOMEDAY...

IC: fff THIS HAVING HUMAN FRIENDS THING AND ALSO BEING A DERP SECRETLY IS SO EMBARRASSING >/ tsun tsun! And yet he's still making a point of hanging out with people he likes and trying to cheer them up when they're stressed and loving on Hiccup shamelessly whenever we catch each other for a thread. So much denial, man. He's a stupid boy but he owns it.
OOC: God I love him. I have zero problems with his voice or coping with his muteness or throwing him random places, and he has the cutest relationships ever. It's all so... healthy. He's well-adjusted but not perfect, and enjoys life and people without being a jesus, and I positively revel in it.

IC: An eclectic mix of being disgustingly domestic and stalking the heck out of all of Ciel's friends and Ys for lulz. I like to think he drops by for tea and gossip with Cheryl sometimes. He's just. Idk. Winning at life as always. BEING SEBASTIAN AS HARD AS EVER HE CAN.
OOC: I love Sebastian because he needs no emotional maintenance! If I don't feel like playing an asshole for a while, I just don't, since he's a static character who self-regulates how he does stuff. (I usually don't do well with emotionally static characters, but Sebastian is dynamic in that he makes things happen, and he tends to make such a profound impression on other characters that it more than makes up for his own lack of change in play.) On the other hand, when I am in an asshole mood, he's entertaining, easy to play, engaging in a what-is-going-on-in-his-head way for me, and adding something completely new to my RP PORTFOLIO. I'm so happy I apped him!
PLANS: YS AND RAIN WANTED TO DO THAT THING. Troll with Jade more. Call Rayfell a tramp. Pimp for an Agni. CLEAN ALL THE THINGS. Eh, he's such a busybody that stuff to do falls into his lap when I bother to go looking. I need to do that How Sebastian Sees The World essay eventually but it can wait.

I think that the game I'm doing with Shuri right now should demonstrate how dumb I secretly am about this stuff - she had to remind me that we had to do ousting last night, sob. I feel like an enormous flake sometimes - I can get some characters out some weeks and not others, I suck at playing Lien much still, I'm bad at posting or juggling more than two characters in play at once or being around at consistent times...
BUT I AM HAVING SO MUCH FUN. All my characters are in a good place IC and I love the stuff I do with them and Some Exciting Developments have just come up for some of them and I have plans and I love my casts and the people I play with and the game itself and...! SO MUCH FUN.
