It's crazy how much can happen in a year.
Bad relationships, loss of "friendships", job changes, family fights and reconciliations, old relationships coming back and turning amazing again.
Way too much to get into, but it's just crazy.
I'm currently back in Utica, living with Gavin and three of our friends - James, Nate, and Josh. We've already had some ups and downs with the roommates, but that'll happen when 5 people live in the same house. It's been for the most part great, and I really couldn't ask for anything to be any different.
I'm amazed at how much Gavin and I have both grown and grown up in a year. We knew over a year ago that we were meant for each other, and I'm really glad we rediscovered that fact. I couldn't be more happy with him. He's the highlight of my every day, I really look forward to what the future holds for us. I'm in no rush, but I look forward to it.
I've drifted apart from Meagan some, which hurts a lot when I sit down and think about it, so I try not to. I can only call/text/email someone so many times with no response before I give up. When we do catch up with each other it's like we haven't missed a beat, we didn't have a falling out or anything. We just don't talk nearly enough. I miss her a ton, and I wish she'd smarten up about her current situation. If it backfires on her I'll of course be there to pick her up and cry with her. It's probably too late for an easy pick up at this point anyway. I'd like to not think negative about Ryan but there's something missing with him. Or maybe I'm just not satisfied because I will always believe Meagan can do better no matter how perfect the man may be for her. I guess I just get an offbeat vibe from him that worries me for her.
My Mary Kay business has started well. If I stay on goal I will have my cute little MK company car within a year. I'd like to see it within 6 months, but a bad month can happen to anyone so I'm shooting for a year. I can not wait for the insurance benefits that come along with the FREE car. It's going to be amazing.
Maybe I'll start posting more. It'll be a nice way to keep track of how quickly I meet my personal business goals.
